BEN GRESSON

SENIOR SOLICITOR

Ben is one of Todd & Walker Law's Senior Solicitors in the environment law, resource management and civil litigation team.  

Ben has appeared before the Environment Court and has assisted Firm Principal Graeme Todd on large, high-profile developments within the Queenstown Lakes District. He provides advice to clients on resource management, planning matters and civil disputes. He also works with Michael Walker on civil litigation and dispute resolution, including debt recovery.

Born and raised in Auckland, Ben moved to the South Island to study law at the University of Otago. After graduation, he joined the Todd & Walker team in 2016 as a solicitor and after working in several different areas of law within the firm, he has developed a varied skill set and expert knowledge. He has strong ties with the regional community and in his spare time enjoys the classic Central Otago pastimes of golf and skiing.
